An author and preacher Francis Chan earned his seminary degree and started as a youth pastor in California. In 1994, he, his wife Lisa, and community of 30 others founded Cornerstone Community Church. Chan follows the convictions and answers the call over his life through each season. He has sacrificed many things for God, living his life in total obedience by donating his book royalties and giving up his salary to go towards different organizations. Chan even resigned from his congregation. He and his family lived in Hong Kong to serve others and expand their ministry. He encourages believers to have their own encounters with God and not to get caught up with the trends. Chan equally holds religious leaders accountable and hopes their congregations are having genuine encounters with God by directing people to God, not turn them away from God. With all that is going on in the world, there needs to be a revival and restoration in the sacredness of worship and the experience His presence. His solution is for Christians is to spend more time with Christ himself.

Chan is an author of many books, his first, Crazy Love: Overwhelmed by a Relentless God was a New York Times bestseller. His most recent book, Until Unity is about how the Church does not passionately pursue unity amongst religions, denominations and cultures. He challenges his readers and believers to align themselves with God and His desires, pursue unification and not division.

Caine encourages people to implement practices and spiritual disciplines that will bring them closer to Jesus. Zoe Church is based in Los Angeles, CA and is led by Pastor Chad Veach. During the pandemic, just like the rest of the world, he had to pivot his ministry and gatherings from in-person to virtual. He accepted it as the new normal and was determined to tackle the season with a heart and spirit full of faith. He took full advantage of the online platforms between online church services, his podcasts, and more. Veach pulled the good out of the season so he would not feel defeated, but saw it as an opportunity to serve God in a new way and give more people an opportunity to meet Jesus. Despite what the headlines of today’s news says, with every “Good Friday”, there is the resurrection power of a Sunday. The symbolization of Friday, which is the crucifixion of Christ, and Sunday being the third day he rose from the dead, he encouraged his audience that though it may feel stormy or sad, it’s not the end. There is hope because of the third day. This resurrection power isn’t unrealistic or out of reach for anyone. Just as he did for Jesus, we have our victories awaiting us and with our name on it.

Wherever there is darkness, know that light is ready to break through! There Is hope after every storm! You are worthy to experience the good in your life, you deserve your victories!

“We are pressed on every side by troubles, but we are not crushed. We are perplexed, but not driven to despair. We now have this light shining in our hearts, but we ourselves are like fragile clay jars containing this great treasure. This makes it clear that our great power is from God, not from ourselves. We are hunted down, but never abandoned by God. We get knocked down, but we are not destroyed. Through suffering, our bodies continue to share in the death of Jesus so that the life of Jesus may also be seen in our bodies.” - 2 Corinthians 4:7-10

Despite his past, he is not defined to it but he encourages his fans not to be ashamed of their past but let it be a reminder of God’s grace and goodness. Don’t let your past shame you in your present or into your future. Let your past empower you today, knowing it serves a greater purpose to who you are and who you are becoming!

“Seek God while he’s here to be found, pray to him while he’s close at hand. Let the wicked abandon their way of life and the evil their way of thinking. Let them come back to God, who is merciful, come back to our God, who is lavish with forgiveness.” - Isaiah 55:6-7

Lead Pastor Mike Todd of Transformation Church purchased the entire sneaker inventory of a local small business, Silhouette Sneakers & Art. He purchased 186 pairs of sneakers that were donated to local Tulsa youth, giving them an experience they may have never had when receiving sneakers as a gift. In addition to blessing the next generation with these sneakers, his church generously gave nearly $3.5 to people and organizations in need. Homes and cars were purchased, student loans were paid off, provided support to other churches, and much more! As he builds and fosters a healthy relationship with his Tulsa community, Pastor Mike wants to continuously reshape the infrastructure of the territory he has been called to shepherd.

Be a blessing to someone today! Bless them with your time or your resources. Whatever is laid on your heart, act on it wisely. You ever know what someone is going through!

“If among you, one of your brothers should become poor, in any of your towns within your land that the Lord your God is giving you, you shall not harden your heart or shut your hand against your poor brother, but you shall open your hand to him and lend him sufficient for his need, whatever it may be.” - Deuteronomy 15:7-8

Miami based pastor of Vous Church, DawnCheré Wilkerson and her family are expecting their 3rd child! The mother of two toddler boys and wife to Rich Wilkerson Jr. are praising Jesus as they anticipate the arrival of their baby girl in July.

DawnCheré’s transparency on her infertility journey opened the conversation to other women and couples who have experienced similar seasons. She waited with a heart of expectation and hope. What was once a season of waiting for eight years experiencing infertility, the Wilkerson’s would not change it for anything. Although this season was not the easiest, the couple leaned in on Jesus, learning more about him and trusted his timing. Their first baby boy, Wyatt arrived in 2018, followed by their second baby boy, Wilde in 2019. The growth of the Wilkerson family is a testament to their patience and trust in God’s plan for their life, symbolizing the fruit of their wait!

Congratulations to the Wilkerson’s!

Are you in a season of waiting? Is there something specific you are praying for and anticipating the answers? Wait with joy, wait with hope, and wait in peace! Be still and know that God is in control.

“Don’t you see that children are God’s best gift? The fruit of the womb his generous legacy? Like a warrior’s fistful of arrows are the children of a vigorous youth. Oh, how blessed are you parents, with your quivers full of children! Your enemies don’t stand a chance against you; you’ll sweep them right off your doorstep.” - Psalm 127:3
