Faith filled singer, songwriter Tori Kelly returned to the big screen for the animated hit Sing 2. Along with the success of this film and her career, she is also up for two Grammy nominations for this year's Grammy Awards. Kelly is nominated for Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album, A Tori Kelly Christmas and album of the year as a featured artist on Justin Bieber's Justice.

His mantra is, “either you are getting better or you are getting worse.”

As a father, it is quite important to speak to his children on the franchise decisions being made within the organization so they can learn how to reflect and grow through challenging times. Football is a life conversation for Carr. You can move the football, but if you are not accurate with your timing you do not score. It is a quick and dynamic game that constantly needs to be corrected with allowing the coaching staff to review the plays along with the players focusing on their individual drills to gain confidence with each other. Everyone has their roles and responsibilities and they must believe in the team to win games. Carr states, “it all matters” and mindset is key.

Comer identifies the enemies we face in our lives: the devil, the flesh, and the world. An author and preacher Francis Chan earned his seminary degree and started as a youth pastor in California. In 1994, he, his wife Lisa, and community of 30 others founded Cornerstone Community Church. Chan follows the convictions and answers the call over his life through each season. He has sacrificed many things for God, living his life in total obedience by donating his book royalties and giving up his salary to go towards different organizations. Chan even resigned from his congregation. He and his family lived in Hong Kong to serve others and expand their ministry. He encourages believers to have their own encounters with God and not to get caught up with the trends. Chan equally holds religious leaders accountable and hopes their congregations are having genuine encounters with God by directing people to God, not turn them away from God. With all that is going on in the world, there needs to be a revival and restoration in the sacredness of worship and the experience His presence. His solution is for Christians is to spend more time with Christ himself.

Chan is an author of many books, his first, Crazy Love: Overwhelmed by a Relentless God was a New York Times bestseller. His most recent book, Until Unity is about how the Church does not passionately pursue unity amongst religions, denominations and cultures. He challenges his readers and believers to align themselves with God and His desires, pursue unification and not division.

Christine Caine has faced some difficult circumstances and recalls a time in her life when she experienced "the most painful season of my Christian life." From experiencing the loss of family members and personal battles with close friends that particular season took a toll on her spirit and body. She was in constant go mode, not realizing the impact it had on her and resulting to a spiritual burnout. Caine felt like she was slowly drifting from her faith and had to readjust and anchor herself back into Christ and her passion for God. She knows that people experience this and may not even know it and some probably do not know how to navigate through the season. Caine encourages people to implement practices and spiritual disciplines that will bring them closer to Jesus. Anchoring yourself in Christ is the key when you feel like you're drifting away from him.

Zoe Church is based in Los Angeles, CA and is led by Pastor Chad Veach. During the pandemic, just like the rest of the world, he had to pivot his ministry and gatherings from in-person to virtual. He accepted it as the new normal and was determined to tackle the season with a heart and spirit full of faith. He took full advantage of the online platforms between online church services, his podcasts, and more. Veach pulled the good out of the season so he would not feel defeated, but saw it as an opportunity to serve God in a new way and give more people an opportunity to meet Jesus. The growth of his online community grew, with visitors from countries spanning from Dubai to Australia. Veach is also a husband, father of 4, and author. His humor and joy radiate through him and it is truly a reflection of Christ in him.

When you feel defeated, remind yourself that victory awaits you! Seasons are temporary but know that it is an opportunity for you to reflect and grow! Your time is coming!

Despite what the headlines of today’s news says, with every “Good Friday”, there is the resurrection power of a Sunday. The symbolization of Friday, which is the crucifixion of Christ, and Sunday being the third day he rose from the dead, he encouraged his audience that though it may feel stormy or sad, it’s not the end. There is hope because of the third day. This resurrection power isn’t unrealistic or out of reach for anyone. Just as he did for Jesus, we have our victories awaiting us and with our name on it.

Wherever there is darkness, know that light is ready to break through! There Is hope after every storm! You are worthy to experience the good in your life, you deserve your victories!

“We are pressed on every side by troubles, but we are not crushed. We are perplexed, but not driven to despair. We now have this light shining in our hearts, but we ourselves are like fragile clay jars containing this great treasure. This makes it clear that our great power is from God, not from ourselves. We are hunted down, but never abandoned by God. We get knocked down, but we are not destroyed. Through suffering, our bodies continue to share in the death of Jesus so that the life of Jesus may also be seen in our bodies.” - 2 Corinthians 4:7-10
