At the height of the pandemic, Pastor of Lakewood Church in Houston, Texas, Joel Osteen broadcasted and streamed his online service for the first time in an empty church. This was the first time in 20 years that Osteen had no physical audience present. Adhering to all COVID regulations and as a religious leader, he took the necessary steps to ensure the safety of his congregation. A record-breaking 4 million people attended the online service. Rather than hosting church services, Osteen used his church for blood drives due to the shortage of blood across the country. His positive affirmations capture people from all walks of life. He recommends people to start each day with a heart of gratitude to draw out negativity, setting the tone for the day ahead. The same amount of energy it takes to worry can be used to believe and have faith. As the global pandemic continues, he says to take it one day at a time, “You have grace for today ... you have the strength, the power, the favor to get through this day with a good attitude", Pastor Joel encourages the American people.

Enlarge your vision and never settle for a small view. Think big. Think increase. Think abundance. Think more than enough.

“You’ll take delight in God, the Mighty One, and look to him joyfully, boldly. You’ll pray to him and he’ll listen; he’ll help you do what you’ve promised. You’ll decide what you want and it will happen; your life will be bathed in light. To those who feel low you’ll say, ‘Chin up! Be brave!’ and God will save them.Yes, even the guilty will escape, escape through God’s grace in your life.” - Job 22:26-28
