A new standard has been set for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers organization since their Super Bowl LV win this year with the help of the team and their new quarterback Tom Brady. Brady has been in the NFL for nearly 21 years and this championship makes it his seventh Super Bowl win and with a new team. As a leader, he knew the work that had to be put in and what it takes to win. Through that application, the team worked hard together and victory was theirs this past February. Prior to joining the Buc's, Brady was the star quarterback for the New England Patriots for 20 seasons and six Super Bowl wins. Doubt definitely surfaced when Brady was drafted as a sixth-round pick and through the years he has learned a lot. Fast-forward, he became a free agent and had the opportunity to choose where he wanted to be for the first time in his career. Brady had a genuine desire to play for the Buc's and wanted to be a part of the team and the players. He told his team, “We have the team on the front of our jerseys. We have our families on the back of our jerseys. Our families are honored for life.” Brady is proud of his teammates and joyful to build with a new organization. He's fortunate to be a part of a champion team and foresees more wins in their future!

Go where you are celebrated and appreciated! For every win you have in life, be proud and know you were chosen for that moment!

"But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for his own possession, that you may proclaim the excellencies of him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light." - 1 Peter 2:9
