CEO of Condé Nast Roger Lynch is working to reach the younger generation through current digital platforms. Lynch joined the company in 2019 and has been merging American media and global business. As Lynch tries to build the publications and brands under Condé Nast like Vogue, GQ, The New Yorker and more, he has had to make a shift in his approach to ensure it caters to the now and the future. Lynch knows that each brand under the publication business varies in order to maintain their relevance, increase consumer revenue, and long-term goals to build their digital audiences. Last year, he formed the Global Diversity and Inclusivity Counsel to support Condé Nast staff to improve and address diversity and pay equity within the company. He anticipates their revenue to grow in the double-digit percentages through e-commerce and digital subscriptions.
