A creative engine driven by Damian Woetzel, the Julliard School is a private performing arts conservatory where students enliven their spirit and express art through dance, music, and drama. As the 7th president leading this mission, Damian Woetzel was anointed for this journey. Once the principle dancer for the New York City Ballet and visiting artist for the Kirov Academy and American Ballet until he retired in 2008 he shares, “Our commitment to our students must be to provide an evolving platform that offers them the fullest range of opportunity for their individual futures.”

At its heart, the Julliard is adventurous and creative where international scholars conduct traditional training programs at the highest level to approximately 850 students compromising of 600 musicians, 96 dancers, and 80 actors. Woetzel has continued the Julliard legacy as students are transformed with 11 hour per day training regiments as they explore their personal inter-workings while delivering these passions through live stage show performances.

Discipline is the action of perfecting a discipline as a Disciple!
